Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Clinic Sales Coordinator to support our clinic's sales and patient engagement efforts. This role involves coordinating sales activities, managing patient inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact through post-treatment follow-up. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Engagement & Sales Support:
• Respond promptly to patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Provide detailed information about clinic services, procedures, and pricing.
• Assist patients in understanding treatment options and guide them through the decision-making process.

• Sales Coordination:
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing patients to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Track sales leads, patient interactions, and conversion rates using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and track their effectiveness.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
• Administrative Duties:
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with all clinic policies and healthcare regulations.
• Handle billing inquiries and assist patients with payment plans or insurance claims as needed.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for promotional materials and clinic supplies.

Qualifications

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, preferably within a healthcare or clinical setting.

• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-focused with a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus

Pay: ₹25,836.37 - ₹42,560.22 per month
