Moorthy Dental Elite, a leading dental clinic in Madurai with 45+ years of excellence, is hiring a Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to join our professional and patient-friendly team.

The ideal candidate must be organized, confident, well-spoken, and able to handle patient flow with ease.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients with check-in and check-out
• Manage appointments, scheduling, and patient reminders
• Handle phone calls, enquiries, and patient communication
• Maintain patient records and coordinate with clinical staff
• Manage billing, payment collection, and receipts
• Ensure front desk cleanliness and smooth daily operations
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly atmosphere

Requirements

• Any degree / diploma
• Good communication skills (English & Tamil)
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, billing apps)
• Pleasant personality, patient handling ability
• Prior clinic reception experience is an added advantage
• Freshers can also apply
