Clinic Admin

We are looking for a Female Clinic Admin to ensure the smooth operation of daily clinic activities and provide essential support to both patients and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and possess strong communication and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient appointments, records, and general inquiries.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to doctors and staff.
• Oversee daily clinic operations to maintain efficiency and organization.
• Coordinate communication between patients, healthcare professionals, and external service providers.
• Handle social media updates and assist in maintaining the clinic’s online presence.
• Ensure compliance with clinic procedures and maintain accurate documentation.

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent communication skills with strong command of English and basic knowledge of Hindi (both are must).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.
• Good organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office and email management
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and perform well under pressure.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach when interacting with patients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
