The person will manage incoming leads, make calls, schedule meetings with potential clients, support proposal/document creation, and ensure continuous follow-ups until the deal is closed. This is a high-responsibility role supporting the CEO directly. Key Responsibilities1. Lead Calling & Initial Qualification Call inbound/outbound leads provided by the company. Meeting Scheduling & Coordination Schedule discovery calls, demos, and proposal presentations. Manage the CEO’s calendar to avoid overlaps or double-booking.
