As a Solution or Infrastructure Development Lead at EY, you will be responsible for delivering services for large or complex projects with strong technical capabilities and hands-on experience. You will be accountable for designing, developing, delivering, and maintaining solutions or infrastructure while ensuring compliance with relevant standards and meeting business and user requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: - Solving complex project aspects by performing coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the development process - Providing advanced technical expertise to maximize efficiency, reliability, and value from current solutions and emerging technologies - Developing strong working relationships with peers across Development & Engineering and Architecture teams - Providing leadership for the work group by ensuring appropriate expectations, principles, structures, tools, and responsibilities are in place - Driving consistency in processes, procedures, standards, and technical design while supporting the implementation of technology standards Skills and attributes for success: - Advanced technical proficiency in designing, developing, and debugging solutions - Advanced knowledge of C#/Java or Python - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, Mathematics, or related field preferred - More than 10 years of applied experience - Significant relevant experience in software or platform engineering - Technical knowledge and experience in delivering software/platform engineering solutions - Proficiency in CI/CD delivery using tools such as GitHub, ADO - Proficiency in fine-tuning language models and embedding models for NLP tasks - Familiarity with designing agentic systems combining AI models with external tools for autonomous decision-making - Ability to design evaluation frameworks for AI models and agents Ideally, you'll also have: - Microsoft/Google/AWS certificates - Experience in building applications using container-orchestration systems like Kubernetes and Docker EY is committed to building a better working world by creating new value for clients, people, society, and the planet.
