Job Description

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and research potential clients or partners Use tools like LinkedIn, CRM systems, and databases to build lead lists Cold outreach via email, phone, and social media 2. Client Relationship Management Initiate and maintain relationships with new and existing clients Schedule and attend meetings, calls, or demos Provide support throughout the sales cycle 3. Market & Competitive Research Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity Report findings to sales and marketing teams to shape strategy Identify niche markets or emerging business opportunities 4. Sales Support & Reporting Track leads, opportunities, and deal progress in a CRM Prepare reports, dashboards, and forecasts for leadership Ensure timely follow-ups and documentation of interactions 6. Administrative & Operational Tasks Maintain accurate customer records and pipeline data Assist with contract preparation, proposals, and onboarding Support proposal writing or RFP responses when needed Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Volunteer Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
