As a Senior Account Manager at Wirality, you will play a crucial role in overseeing a brand's digital initiatives and driving results through innovative strategies. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values creativity, independence, and growth-driven mindset. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as the overall custodian of a brand's digital initiatives, constantly exploring new channels and mediums to articulate the client's vision and objectives. - Deliver monthly analytics on all accounts using proprietary systems developed by Wirality. - Motivate and manage your team to contribute to overall growth while efficiently communicating and managing tasks between clients and agency heads. - Take ownership of client relationships and social strategies, ensuring recommendations are smart, creative, and aligned with KPIs. - Collaborate with leaders of other departments to improve and execute deliverables, processes, and outputs. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 2-3 years of strong agency experience. - Bachelor's degree or 1+ years of experience in social & digital, media, or agency space. - Expertise in brand/digital strategy and hands-on experience in creating, managing, and executing social media calendars. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in Google Suite and ability to multitask effectively. - Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about emerging technology and trends. - Flawless knowledge of spelling and grammar, with a demonstrated passion for social media.,
