Client Servicing (Pharma/ Healthcare)

Role Overview: You will be a Client Servicing Executive/Manager in the Client Services department of a Pharma & Healthcare Marketing | Communications | Advertising industry company based in Andheri West, Mumbai. Your role will involve managing client relationships, coordinating campaigns, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic inputs to optimize campaigns and build long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary contact for pharma & healthcare clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships based on trust & delivery. - Understand client business objectives, brand strategy & therapeutic areas. - Manage marketing campaigns across digital, print & events, including preparing proposals, campaign briefs & performance reports. - Track deliverables, budgets, and timelines with cross-team collaboration. - Collaborate with medical writers, creative, digital & production teams to ensure content accuracy, compliance & regulatory approvals. - Provide strategic inputs based on market research & client goals to optimize campaigns with insights & performance analysis. - Maintain updated project documentation and ensure all promotional materials are MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) approved. Qualification Required: - Bachelors in Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field. - 2-3 years of client servicing/account management experience (pharma/healthcare preferred). - Knowledge of healthcare/pharma regulations. - Strong communication, organizational & multitasking skills. - Ability to interpret & relay scientific/medical content effectively.
