Client Servicing Manager/Executive

• Act as the primary liaison between the company and assigned clients.
• Understand clients’ business goals and provide strategic input to help meet those goals.
• Manage and nurture long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain a regular communication schedule with clients via meetings, calls, messages, emails, and reports.
• Oversee the planning, implementation, and delivery of client projects.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., creative, digital, finance, production) to deliver quality outcomes.
• Handle client queries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional & polite manner.
• Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
• Ensure that all communication reflects the company's values and maintains a high standard of professionalism.
• Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and quality standards.
• Manage budgets and ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-up.

Key Requirements:

• English Proficiency is must.
• 3–6 years of experience in client servicing, customer success, or account management.
• Exceptional communication skills – verbal, written, and interpersonal.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients across all levels of an organization.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a deadline-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
