Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Servicing Executive/ Account Manager to manage client relationships from initial enquiry through site visits, negotiations, booking, and post-sales coordination.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and relationship-management skills, strong follow-up abilities, and a good understanding of the real estate sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements, preferences, budgets, and property expectations.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely and effective follow-ups on leads.
• Handle client enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Schedule and coordinate property site visits and meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, site visits, and lead status.
• Act as a key point of contact between clients, sales executives, developers, and internal teams.
• Ensure clients receive timely updates regarding projects, availability, pricing, offers, documentation, and booking processes.
• Address client concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Follow up with clients after site visits and identify opportunities to move prospects toward closure.
• Coordinate the booking, documentation, payment, and post-booking process wherever required.
• Work closely with the sales team to improve client conversion and overall customer experience.
• Prepare regular reports on leads, follow-ups, site visits, conversions, and pending client requirements.
• Ensure a high level of professionalism and service throughout the customer journey.
• Identify opportunities to improve client-servicing processes and overall customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in client servicing, real estate, sales coordination, relationship management, or a similar role.
• Candidates with experience in real estate brokerage, property consulting, developer sales, or channel sales will be preferred.
• Should be confident, presentable, target-oriented, and comfortable communicating with HNI/UHNI and corporate clients where applicable.
