Role & Responsibilities

• Build and nurture positive relationships with assigned clients, understanding their business goals and challenges.

• Address client concerns, issues, and complaints promptly and effectively.

• Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively explain their features and benefits to clients.

• Maintain regular and clear communication with clients via email, phone calls, and in-person meetings.

• Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to coordinate efforts and deliver a seamless client experience.

• Assist in renewing client contracts by showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings.
