Job Description

We are hiring a Client Servicing Executive to handle client coordination and account management for our advertising agency. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth end to end communication between clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily client communication and coordination
• Understand and brief client requirements to internal teams
• Track project status and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate approvals, revisions, and final outputs
• Assist in billing, documentation, and payment coordination
• Maintain proper records of client communication

Eligibility

• 1–3 years of experience in client servicing / account management
• Experience in advertising or marketing agency preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Schedule

• Day shift
• Monday to Saturday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
