Client Servicing Executive (Marketing)

As a part of Tring, India's Largest Tech-Enabled Celebrity Engagement Platform, you will contribute to revolutionizing the celebrity engagement industry. Your role will involve managing client relationships and overseeing digital marketing activities to shape the future of marketing with direct access to A-list celebrities. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management. - Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver campaigns/projects on time. - Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing. - Prepare and present campaign performance reports to clients. - Stay updated with industry trends, digital tools, and best practices. - Handle client queries, provide solutions, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. - Collaborate with creative, design, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end marketing solutions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - 1-4 years of experience in Client Servicing and/or Digital Marketing. - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, and Content Marketing. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts. - Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ad is a plus.
