Client Servicing Executive (Junior Level)

As a Customer Service Coordinator, your role will involve following up on orders from repeat customers, coordinating with Accounting to ensure timely invoice generation, and working with Supply Chain & Production teams to ensure On Time In Full (OTIF) deliveries. You will also be responsible for supporting Finance by providing customer-wise sales data to measure growth trends. Additionally, you will brainstorm with management to identify and resolve customer issues, and implement CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions). Key Responsibilities: - Follow up on orders from repeat customers - Coordinate with Accounting for timely invoice generation - Work with Supply Chain & Production teams for OTIF deliveries - Support Finance with customer-wise sales data - Brainstorm with management to resolve customer issues and implement CAPA Qualifications Required: - Graduate (Commerce/Business/Management preferred) - 2 years of experience (internships/1 year FMCG/QSR/HORECA client servicing preferred) - Desirable (Optional): Prior experience in FMCG/QSR/HORECA client servicing, sales coordination, or supply chain support In addition to the specific job responsibilities and qualifications, the ideal candidate for this role should possess the following key skills: - Strong written & verbal communication skills (English + regional language preferred) - Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets (SUMIFS, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) - Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Production - Customer empathy, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail,
