Job Summary
As a Client Service Representative within the Cleared Margin Client Service Team, you play a vital role in margin settlement for Futures & Options and OTC Cleared Products. You will partner with global colleagues to ensure accurate and timely margin agreements, supporting both client service and operations. You help safeguard the bank's risk by managing client relationships and operational processes in a controlled environment.Job Responsibilities
- Book client-agreed margin and respond to incoming margin calls.
- Compare client requests to JPMorgan's exposure and agree on asset movement.
- Follow up on counterparty failed settlements and investigate disputes.
- Resolve incoming client portfolio queries promptly.
- Escalate issues accurately in line with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and enhance the Clearing Client Service offering.
- Generate operational efficiencies within the team.
- Provide flexible support to prime brokerage and clearing businesses.
- Monitor and collect eligible assets to mitigate counterparty risk.
- Collaborate with internal partners across multiple business lines.
- Maintain high standards of risk and control awareness.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Demonstrate 4 years of external client services or similar experience.
- Apply working knowledge of OTC derivatives, futures, and options.
- Solve problems and assist in developing client solutions.
- Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively across multiple business areas.

- Exhibit strong risk and control awareness.
