Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized Client Services Executive to join our team at Cockpitmarx . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with experience in the event staffing or related industry. As the Assistant Operations Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the operational aspects of our agency, ensuring the successful execution of events and the satisfaction of both clients and staff. Responsibilities: - Assist the Operations Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating daily operations of the agency. - Oversee the recruitment, training, and scheduling of event staff, ensuring adequate coverage and adherence to client requirements. - Coordinate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide appropriate manpower solutions. - Supervise event staff during on-site deployments, ensuring professionalism, adherence to guidelines, and client satisfaction. - Manage inventory of event equipment and supplies, coordinating procurement and maintenance as needed. - Handle logistical aspects of event staffing, including transportation, accommodation, and catering arrangements. - Implement and enforce agency policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards. - Assist in budgeting and financial management, tracking expenses and optimizing resource allocation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and enhance operational efficiency. - Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, providing leadership and support to the operations team.
