Client Relationship Officer

SA Clinique is an integrative skin & wellness centre where advanced dermatology meets holistic wellbeing. We focus on long-term skin health, preventive care, and personalised wellness programs for discerning clients.

Role Overview

We are looking for a well-spoken, confident female professional who can handle client interactions, nurture leads, and convert enquiries into loyal clients.

This role blends customer care + wellness consulting + ethical sales.

You will be the first point of trust for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp leads, walk-ins, and online enquiries
• Understand client concerns related to skin, wellness, lifestyle, and ageing
• Explain SA Clinique’s treatments, wellness programs, and memberships
• Convert qualified leads into consultations, packages, and memberships
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and front desk for smooth client flow
• Maintain CRM / lead tracking and follow-ups
• Ensure a premium, warm, and professional client experience
• Upsell and cross-sell ethically based on client needs
• Build long-term relationships and encourage repeat visits

Required Skills & Qualities

• Female candidate preferred (client-facing role)
• Excellent spoken Hindi & English (polished communication is mandatory)
• Confident, presentable, and emotionally intelligent
• Strong sales & persuasion skills without sounding pushy
• Ability to explain wellness, skin, and aesthetic services clearly
• Empathy-driven approach to clients
• Comfortable with targets, conversions, and follow-ups
• Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, CRM, Excel/Google Sheets)
• Calm under pressure and solution-oriented

Preferred Background

• Experience in wellness centres, skin clinics, aesthetics, luxury services, or hospitality
• Prior role as:
• Wellness counsellor
• Client relationship executive
• Sales consultant (premium services)
• Knowledge of skincare, wellness, or health is a strong plus (training will be provided)
