Role Overview: As a CRM Process Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation, optimization, and support of CRM systems and associated business processes. Your role will involve bridging technical solutions with business strategies to ensure that the CRM platform aligns with customer engagement goals and organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure data integrity and accuracy across the CRM system. - Monitor and analyze CRM performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. - Support the implementation of CRM-related projects, including new features, updates, and integrations. - Provide training and support to CRM users to ensure proper system use and adherence to best practices. - Document processes, user manuals, and system changes to ensure transparency and continuity. - Assist with customer segmentation, campaign execution, and lead management workflows. - Collect and report on user feedback to drive system and process improvements.
