Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Executive (Telecaller Outbound) located in Kolkata. The Client Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing outbound calls to clients, scheduling their shoot appointments, understanding client needs and providing appropriate solutions.

Qualifications

Telesales & handling client queries on call.
Shluld be handling calls for 3-4 hrs a day.
Should be focussed towards achieving individual targets, weekly & monthly.
Excellent Communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Previous experience in telesales or customer service is a plus.
