Job Summary

We are hiring Client Relationship Executives for a field-based role in investment services. The profile involves meeting clients, selling investment products, and building long-term client relationships. While initial client leads will be provided, candidates are also expected to independently generate new business.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct meetings with clients to understand their financial goals and recommend suitable investment products (such as mutual funds, insurance, etc.)
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain strong relationships with existing ones
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Identify and generate new leads through local networking and outreach
• Travel locally for client meetings and field activities

Requirements

• Minimum Education: Graduate
• Experience: 1 to 2 years preferred (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply)
• Gender: Male
• Age: 24 to 35 years
• Must be a resident of Morbi
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
• Language: Decent English and excellent Gujarati
• Strong communication skills and a presentable personality

Salary & Incentives

• Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹22,000 per month
• Performance-based incentives

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
• Saturday: Half-day

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
