Client Relationship Executive – Insurance

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Client Relationship Executive – Insurance to join our growing team. This role is ideal for freshers or individuals with up to one year of experience who are passionate about building client relationships and starting a career in the insurance industry. The role involves understanding client needs, promoting life insurance products, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Reach out to potential and existing clients to explain suitable life insurance plans based on their needs and preferences.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure trust and continued business.
• Lead Generation: Identify and follow up on leads through calls, referrals, and other channels.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of life insurance products, features, and benefits to confidently advise clients.
• Sales Support: Assist in preparing proposals, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth policy issuance.
• Customer Service: Support clients with policy renewals, claims assistance, and related queries.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales activities for management review.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members and managers to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred).
• Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English and local language.
• Customer Focus: Genuine interest in helping clients and providing quality service.
• Sales Mindset: Goal-driven with a positive attitude toward achieving targets.
• Team Player: Ability to work well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office tools.
