Client relationship executive

Designation : Client Relations Executive (Female Preferred)

Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month (based on experience).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries and conduct job surveys.
• Communicate work status updates and follow-ups with clients via calls and WhatsApp.
• Manage work planning dashboards, coordinating with managers, supervisors, and laborers.
• Organize and book client calendars for scheduled work.
• Share work-in-progress images with clients and managers.

Qualifications:

• Female candidates preferred, with excellent English speaking skills.
• Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Tamil is essential for backend communication.
• Ability to learn quickly; proper training will be provided (including pitching techniques for 100% conversion).
