Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating internal deliverables, and ensuring smooth execution of digital marketing projects. This role requires excellent communication, a sound understanding of digital marketing and sales processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding all project-related communications.
• Understand project scope and client objectives; relay requirements clearly to internal teams including marketing, design, development, IT and Account.
• Schedule and facilitate client meetings, document minutes of meetings (MOMs), and track deliverables.
• Support the marketing team with proposal follow-ups and ongoing relationship management.
• Ensure timely delivery of all project tasks and maintain up-to-date project documentation.
• Proactively address minor client concerns and escalate major issues to appropriate stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive and timely execution of all digital initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, CRM, digital marketing coordination, or project management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO platforms, HubSpot, and Zoho CRM is a plus.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with remote location.
• Basic understanding of website development lifecycles, marketing campaigns, and digital KPIs.
