We focus on mindful living, body balance, and emotional well-being through expert-led care, retreats, and events. Our mission is to create a nurturing, elevated experience for every woman we serve. What You’ll Do Manage and follow up with ZORA clients and leads via WhatsApp/CRM Organize and coordinate events, wellness retreats, and online sessions Build strong relationships with community members and partners Handle client onboarding, engagement, and feedback Assist expert collaborators (nutritionists, physiotherapists, therapists) Maintain CRM trackers, client satisfaction reports, and updates Deliver a warm, personalized brand experience in every interaction What We’re Looking For Candidates with a hospitality background are highly preferred (Hotel management, guest services, spa front desk, customer delight roles) Excellent communication in English and Tamil (verbal and written) Warm, polished, and professional approach to handling clients Comfortable with Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and basic CRM tools Passion for wellness, women’s health, and community building Confident, organized, and dependable with a service-first mindset Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 15/06/2025
