You will be joining Indoor Park & Play (InnoPlay Pvt. Ltd.), a prominent manufacturer and service provider in the indoor play and family entertainment center (FEC) sector. Located in Meerut, we specialize in designing, producing, and installing a wide range of play structures, arcade games, VR setups, trampoline parks, pretend play sets, and other customized play solutions throughout India. Our dedicated team of designers, engineers, carpenters, painters, and fabricators work in-house to deliver comprehensive end-to-end solutions, encompassing concept development, design, manufacturing, installation, and post-sales service. Our primary objective is to diminish reliance on imports, introduce world-class play equipment manufactured in India, and establish enjoyable, secure, and immersive experiences for children and families. As a Client Relationship and Business Development Executive at Indoor Park & Play (Innoplay Pvt Ltd), you will undertake a full-time hybrid role based in Meerut. The position offers some flexibility for remote work. Your key responsibilities will involve identifying new business prospects, generating leads, managing client accounts, and maintaining effective communication with clients. Daily activities will include scouting for potential clients, nurturing and sustaining relationships, marketing company services, and devising strategies to achieve business development targets. To thrive in this role, you should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, exhibit strong business acumen and strategic thinking, demonstrate excellent communication abilities, have experience in Account Management, hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, showcase a proven track record of working independently and collaboratively, and ideally bring experience in the entertainment or recreational industry.,
