Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Executive for Client Relations & Customer Support to maintain and improve customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in addressing client inquiries, ensuring timely issue resolution, and fostering long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities:

 Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns.

 Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues to ensure satisfaction.

 Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.

 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

 Collect and report feedback to senior management to improve client experience.

 Monitor customer satisfaction levels and suggest improvements.

 Assist in the development of client retention strategies.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

 2 years of experience in client relations or customer support.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

 Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Technical Skills:

 Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.

Soft Skills:

 Excellent relationship-building skills and a customer-centric attitude.
