Homeowners, tenants, and board members use our platform to connect, manage, and grow their communities efficiently. **Work Location: Surat, Gujarat (On-site | US Shift) **
Timings: 9 PM – 6 AM IST (Monday to Satu

Your Role: What You’ll Do?

Client Relationship Management

• Be the first point of contact for homeowners and association board members.

• Build and maintain professional relationships by understanding client needs and providing effective solutions.

• Represent PropVIVO with confidence and empathy, ensuring every client feels valued and supported. Application Assistance & Portfolio Support

• Help clients navigate and make the most of our HOA Management Portal.

• Track community compliance, finances, and maintenance requests.

• Support Property Managers with timely updates and insights to strengthen client interactions. Community & Board Engagement

• Prepare reports, presentations, and action summaries for board meetings.

• Work with community members to address issues, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive living experience.

Operational & Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors for community requirements and evaluate proposals.

• Assist in inspections, compliance documentation, and approval processes.

• Maintain clear documentation and communication across all stakeholders.

Who You Are We welcome candidates from all educational backgrounds who have a passion for people and problem-solving.

Key Skills:

• Proficient in MS Excel, web applications, and CRM tools.
• Strong English communication skills — both written and verbal.
• Sharp attention to detail with a structured and analytical mindset.
• Comfortable working night shifts (US business hours).
