Role Overview

We are seeking a polished, confident, and well-spoken female intern to join our Client Relations team.
You will be the first point of contact for all visitors, ensuring a warm, professional, and premium experience.This internship is perfect for candidates who want hands-on exposure to corporate hospitality, client handling, and front-office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with grace, confidence, and professionalism.
• Escort visitors to meeting rooms and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain a clean, elegant, and guest-ready reception area.
• Manage visitor logs with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Serve refreshments with proper etiquette when required.
• Handle incoming calls and route them accurately.
• Assist in administrative tasks, documentation, and meeting scheduling.
• Represent the company with a courteous, service-oriented demeanor.
