Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales & Business Developmentoriented Client Outreach Intern to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone eager to build relationships, communicate with potential clients, and support business expansion through proactive outreach and engagement.

This internship is for a duration of three months and unpaid. This is a hybrid role based out of Kochi.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and execution of digital outreach campaigns (SEO, social media, email, paid ads).
  • Lead generation campaigns (B2B/B2C) and track conversion metrics.
  • Handle communication with qualified leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Attend initial client meetings to introduce our services and understand client needs.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team in creating proposals, pitch decks, and sales materials.
  • Support marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives to boost engagement.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, and prospecting.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM system.
  • Assist in building and nurturing long-term relationships with prospective clients.
  • Provide feedback from client interactions to improve sales strategies and outreach efforts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed MBA/BBA in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to confidently engage with potential clients via calls and meetings.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or email automation tools (preferred).
  • Previous experience or internship in Sales, Business Development, or IT services/consulting (a plus).
