About The Role

We're looking for an Onboarding Specialist who can help new users smoothly get started with marketfeed's Trade Automation platform. You'll play a key role in moving users from interest to activation by guiding them through the onboarding journey.This is not a traditional sales role.Your focus is on helping the right users succeed, not pushing uninterested users to convert.

What You'll Do

• Assist users throughout the onboarding process by clearing doubts and resolve blockers faced by users
• Follow up consistently with users
  

For Senior Candidates

• Identify what's stopping users technical, process, or mindset issues and coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution.
• Take ownership of escalations, exceptions, or multi-step onboarding blockers that juniors cannot resolve independently.
• Naturally identify root causes, not just surface-level symptoms you think in cause and effect.
• Coach and support the team
• In-depth knowledge of FnO and Equity trading is required for this role.
• Strong process ownership disciplined with documentation, SOPs, and escalation management.
  

What we're looking for

• 05 years experience in customer onboarding, customer success, or account management
• Comfort with stock market concepts (Equity / FnO) You don't need to be a trader, but you should be familiar with:
• Broker accounts and basic trade execution
• What automated trading means
• The risks involved in options trading
• Fluency in Malayalam: you should be comfortable explaining product flows and concepts
• Strong follow-up discipline and ownership mindset
• Clear, patient communication so users should feel supported, not rushed
