CLIENT MANAGER

The job involves dealing with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to their queries. You will be assisting clients in using our online products and services. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing market reports by conducting research and utilizing data analytics tools. You will also create data visualizations and reports using tools such as Power Point, QGIS, and Python while working with large and diverse datasets, employing SQL and Python. As a Client Manager (Data Analyst), your key responsibilities will include client management, solution development, assisting clients with product usage, preparing market reports, creating data visualizations, and working with extensive datasets using SQL and Python. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in M.Plan (Urban), M.Plan (Housing), B.Arch, B.Plan, or B.Tech (Civil Engineering). A background in Mathematics or an MBA will also be considered. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in real estate consulting and client relations. Key skills required for this role include proficiency in Excel and Power Point, strong communication and presentation skills, aptitude for SQL/Python in data analysis, expertise in data visualization, and familiarity with GIS, preferably QGIS.
