As a QA automation lead in GenAi projects at GlobalLogic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of software products by leveraging your expertise in Python and JS. **Key Responsibilities:** - Leading QA automation efforts in GenAi projects using Python and JS - Collaborating with clients to understand their software development processes and testing needs - Identifying relevant data for test case generation and analyzing gathered data - Working closely with engineering and delivery teams to optimize the GenAI tool for each client's specific needs - Contributing to the improvement of data gathering processes and best practices - Configuring the BOT by answering business questions and triggering it as needed **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing - Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, testing principles, and various testing techniques and tools - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience with data analysis - Proficiency in GenAI concepts and technologies GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company, values integrity, trust, and continuous innovation.
