Client Integration

As a Client On-boarding Specialist at Deutsche Bank, your role involves on-boarding clients into various Corporate Bank platforms. You will provide technical and functional support for End-to-End customer testing, validate financial message formats, monitor certificate expiry, coordinate certificate renewal, and provide Level 1 support for client queries. Additionally, you will manage client projects, coordinate with Sales and Operations teams, support existing customers on cash management platforms, and act as a contact person for technical support across various areas. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of client projects and implement mandates - Execute Service Level Agreements and other documentation requirements with customers - Coordinate with the Operations team for smooth start-up of services - Manage and support the team on training and knowledge sharing - Be part of the agile team as an Implementation Owner to deliver product build - Support customers on cash management platforms and back-office administration - Analyze and deal with complaints from clients - Discuss connectivity requirements and suggest suitable solutions - Coordinate production cut-over activities and set up clients/accounts - Perform production set-up verification and hand over procedures to Production Management Team - Support Penny Testing along with Production Management/Implementation Manager - Plan, track, and manage Client Adoption requests - Conduct regular calls with Implementation Managers - Raise PKI certificate requests and solve production issues as part of API and DBDC L1 Qualification Required: - Hands-on experience in Cash/Trade/Custody Application Support - Hands-on experience in UNIX, Oracle, and Core Java - Familiarity with various communication protocols and file/message formats - Knowledge of compression, encryption techniques, SSL, and SSH authentication - Experience in Firewall opening and networks - Understanding of Web methods Deutsche Bank offers a flexible scheme with benefits including a leave policy, parental leaves, childcare assistance, sponsorship for certifications, Employee Assistance Program, insurance coverage, and health screenings.
