The Client Integration Investran Onboarding team is a specialized group of professionals who serve as subject matter experts in fund structures, system setup, and accounting implementation for client integrations and conversions. They take the lead in onboarding new clients onto Citco technology platforms to establish a foundation for the Fund Accounting, Investor Relations, and Ancillary Reporting teams. As a Private Equity Conversion AVP, your responsibilities will include facilitating new private equity client business launches/conversions, managing organic growth launches, providing project management support, assisting in sales efforts, and driving process improvements. You will onboard private equity clients onto Citco's technology platform, review fund legal documents and fund structure setups, implement data migration processes, prepare various reconciliations, and engage with internal and external stakeholders to address any discrepancies. You will play a key role in data migration activities between internal systems, client/third-party systems, process identification, review, chart of accounts mapping, and custom solutions development. Demonstrating ownership of your assigned work, you will ensure timely completion, proactively address issues, and communicate outcomes effectively. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and testing of Citco's technology platforms, participate in firm-wide initiatives, and strive to become a subject matter expert in Citco's systems and implementation processes. To qualify for this role, you should possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or Economics (CA, CPA, or CFA preferred), along with 3+ years of experience in managing a team and 7-9 years of Private Equity experience. Experience in servicing clients in the asset management industry is advantageous. Strong project management skills, attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as the ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently are essential for success in this role.
