Client Handling & Cold Calling ( Female)

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident female interns who are passionate about communication and relationship building. The role involves interacting with clients, explaining our e-commerce services, and assisting in onboarding new businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain Maxacc’s services
• Handle client queries and maintain strong follow-up communication
• Assist the sales and marketing team with lead generation and data management
• Maintain CRM records and update client interactions
• Support the client servicing team with onboarding and coordination

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking over calls and handling objections
• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (training will be provided)
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and self-motivated personality
