Client-Facing UGC Content Creator

As a UGC (User-Generated Content) Creator, your role will involve visiting client locations to interact with clients and customers, and shoot high-quality video content on-site. You will need to be comfortable in front of the camera, possess a natural storytelling ability, and maintain a professional representation of the brand. Key Responsibilities: - Visit client sites such as offices, properties, and retail outlets to capture UGC-style content. - Conduct on-camera interviews with clients, customers, or team members. - Present scripts or ad-lib naturally while speaking to the camera. - Collaborate with internal marketing and creative teams for content planning. - Ensure content is shot in a natural, professional, and brand-aligned manner. - Provide basic direction on framing and lighting if a videographer is unavailable. - Occasionally assist in scripting and conceptualizing content ideas for clients. Qualifications Required: - Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills. - Strong on-camera presence and ability to speak confidently with minimal retakes. - Professional appearance and good interpersonal skills. - Fluent in English (bonus for regional/local language fluency depending on location). - Prior experience in hosting, anchoring, or creating social media/reel content preferred. - Basic understanding of content formats for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. - Willingness to travel frequently within city limits and occasionally outside. - Familiarity with brand guidelines, tone, and audience sensitivity. Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Mandatory): - Experience as a brand ambassador, emcee, or anchor. - Knowledge of mobile videography or use of gimbals and mic attachments. - Background in media, journalism, digital marketing, or acting.
