Spencer Stuart is looking for a team lead to drive performance of an innovative analyst cohort called ?Team Everest?, to support our senior consultants across their client portfolios. In this position, you will have a unique opportunity to learn about specific industry sectors such as healthcare, technology, industrials, or finance as well as functional areas such as CEOs, CFOs, Chief Product and Engineering Leaders, and other top executive roles. You will help drive our project management and HR management efforts by working closely this cohort of analysts, who you will not only mentor throughout their journey at Spencer Stuart but will also help guide them as they get started in their professional careers. KEY RELATIONSHIPS Reports to Research Director, Americas Other Key Relationships Office Manager, India Research Directors, APAC Practice Leader/Practice Members in India and US Analysts, Associates, Senior Associates and Consultants in India and US Search Co-Ordinators / Executive Assistants Knowledge Managers Practice / Knowledge Analysts Director, HR and Talent, APAC Global Growth team (corporate) Position Location Bangalore Compensation and benefits are commensurate with other highly reputable professional services firms.
