Client Analytics - Data Warehouse with Talend Expertise - Associate

Role Overview: You will be joining the Client Analytics Team at AQR Capital Management, responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining the client data analytics platform. This platform provides critical data to Finance, Business Development, and Operations teams. As part of a small and highly motivated group, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure precision and reliability in the solutions you provide. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT processes to facilitate data flow. - Create and improve data models to meet complex business requirements effectively. - Work with technology teams to integrate data from various sources into the analytics platform. - Support daily processes to guarantee timely and accurate delivery of data. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and generate actionable insights. - Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in data warehousing and analytics to enhance processes continuously. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - At least 5 years of experience in data warehousing and analytics. - Proficiency in SQL and data modeling is essential. - Demonstrated hands-on experience in developing scalable ETL/ELT solutions, preferably using Talend, SSIS, or similar enterprise ETL tools. - Ability to automate data integrity verification processes effectively. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy in work. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,
