NoBroker.com offers a unique platform connecting house and property owners directly with potential tenants and buyers, ensuring a hassle-free, brokerage-free experience. Established in March 2014 by IIT and IIM alumni, the company caters to over 3 million customers each month. With a committed workforce of more than 5000 employees and a significant funding of $366 million from reputable investors, NoBroker.com provides various services such as online rental agreements, home services, and home loans. The operational areas of the company include Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Delhi-NCR, and Hyderabad. Your responsibilities in this role include contacting potential customers via phone, comprehending their needs, and convincing them to schedule an appointment. You will engage with qualified leads in person, where you will present personalized options and deliver a no-pressure educational presentation covering buying and investment aspects. Building a strong rapport with clients, understanding their objectives and aspirations for the future is crucial. Educating clients on Property Investment, enlightening them about available incentives, and introducing diverse strategies for their consideration are key aspects of your role. Managing client relationships, guiding them through decision-making processes, and maintaining regular communication pre and post-sales to nurture long-term relationships are vital responsibilities. As a representative of the NoBroker brand, you are expected to uphold the company's integrity and consistently provide value to all clients. Actively seeking referrals and expanding your client base through networking initiatives is encouraged. Conducting surveys to determine the pricing of competing properties and overseeing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure are part of your duties.,
