Serve as a point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and effectively. Help coordinate the execution of client projects, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met. Maintain accurate records of client communications, project details, and invoicing. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients. Assist in drafting proposals and presentations for potential new business. Maintaining client records, keeping and sending periodic updates. Understanding the products and services the business offers to ensure their adequate delivery to clients. Requirements 0 to 3 years of experience in an account management role, with a focus on IT services. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
