Role Description You'll lead multidisciplinary projects in hydrology, river training, watershed management, flood modeling, and climate-resilient water systems. You'll work closely with both young professionals and experienced team members, fostering an environment of learning, problem-solving, and shared purpose. Key Responsibilities Lead hydrological and hydraulic studies on river behavior, floodplain dynamics, and catchment management. Apply strong analytical skills to interpret spatial and temporal datasets and translate them into actionable insights. Participate in and coordinate fieldwork from ground and aerial surveys to data verification ensuring that on-site realities inform every model and design. Provide technical leadership, guide project teams, and ensure seamless coordination among disciplines. Demonstrate problem-solving ability and adaptability in managing complex water-related projects. Maintain comprehensive documentation, technical reports, and knowledge-sharing materials ensuring scientific transparency and institutional learning. Be an engaged team member and mentor, encouraging innovation, clarity, and collaboration. What You Bring Strong foundation in hydrology, hydraulics, or water resources engineering Proficiency in tools such as HEC-RAS, SWMM, MIKE, ArcGIS/QGIS, or Python/R-based modeling Experience in managing end-to-end hydrology projects from field data to analysis and documentation Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on teamwork and quality delivery Willingness to engage actively in field-based data collection and validation
