Full job description

*Candidate must have experience in hospitality industry or a Deep cleaning service company as supervisor.

*Must have 4-wheeler license and driving knowledge.

*Need to handle Thiruvanathapuram Areas.

*Minimum 2 years of experience as supervisor

*Knowledge about chemicals, cleaning equipment and machines.

*Good communication skills in Malayalam.

*Looking for married male candidates.

*The selected candidate should submit PCC certificate.

*Supervise day-to-day operations of cleaning teams at customer locations. *Ensure quality control as per company standards. *Allocate tasks and monitor team performance. *Conduct site inspections before and after service. *Maintain client satisfaction and manage on-site feedback. *Train and guide new team members. *Manage cleaning materials and equipment inventory. *Report daily activities to the operations manager.

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Housekeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
