CLEANING AGENCY

Position Overview

The Cleaning Staff is responsible for ensuring that the coffee shop remains clean, hygienic, and well-presented at all times. The role involves maintaining cleanliness in customer areas, service counters, kitchen, restrooms, and storage spaces to create a safe and pleasant environment for both customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Area Cleaning
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly.
• Wipe and sanitize tables, chairs, counters, and service areas.
• Remove used cups, plates, and waste promptly.
• Ensure windows, doors, and glass surfaces are clean and streak-free.
• Kitchen & Service Area Cleaning
• Clean and sanitize workstations, preparation counters, and equipment.
• Dispose of food waste and follow proper waste segregation practices.
• Assist in dishwashing and maintaining utensils in hygienic condition.
• Ensure bins are emptied, cleaned, and replaced with liners regularly.
• Restroom & Utility Cleaning
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, washbasins, and fixtures.
• Refill toiletries such as soap, tissue paper, and sanitizers.
• Maintain restroom cleanliness throughout shifts.
• General Duties
• Follow cleaning schedules and checklists provided by the supervisor.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely as per training.
• Report any maintenance issues (leaks, damages, broken fixtures) to the supervisor.
• Adhere to hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.

Skills & Requirements

• Basic knowledge of cleaning practices and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties.
• Attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
