Role Overview: You will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children aged 16 months to 2.5 years to grow socially, emotionally, cognitively, and physically. Your role will involve facilitating age-appropriate activities, documenting learning experiences, and collaborating with parents and colleagues to ensure a meaningful early learning experience. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement engaging, play-based, and experiential learning activities aligned with Neev's philosophy. - Observe and assess children's progress, tailoring instruction to meet diverse developmental needs. - Maintain an organized, safe, and stimulating classroom with open-ended materials that foster exploration and creativity. - Support children in their social-emotional development, helping them navigate transitions, build independence, and develop positive relationships. - Keep detailed records of children's learning journeys, including anecdotal notes, photographs, and portfolios. - Communicate effectively with parents through meetings, reports, and informal interactions, offering insights into their child's development. - Work closely with fellow educators and the curriculum team to refine teaching practices and align with Neev's developmental goals. - Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
