Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Classical Dance Teacher to join our esteemed institution in Amalapuram. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Indian classical dance forms such as Bharatanatyam, Kuchipudi, Kathak, or Odissi, and experience teaching children in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Indian classical dance forms to students across various grade levels.
• Plan and deliver structured, engaging, and age-appropriate dance lessons.
• Choreograph performances for school events, functions, and competitions.
• Promote cultural heritage through dance education and storytelling.
• Provide individual and group guidance to students on dance techniques and expression.
• Collaborate with other performing arts faculty and contribute to cross-curricular activities.
• Ensure student discipline and maintain a safe, respectful classroom environment.
• Assess student progress and maintain performance records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Classical Dance / Performing Arts or equivalent.
• 2 to 5 years of experience as a Dance Teacher (preferably in a school environment).
• Expertise in at least one Indian classical dance form.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for nurturing young talent.
• Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and parents.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
