Role & responsibilities

Research using internal tools and provide resolutions for Member/Provider Appeals.
Review appeal intents and conduct research as per SOP guidelines.
Consistently meet productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards.
Comply with company policies, employment terms, and directives, including flexibility in work location, team assignments, and shifts.

Required Qualifications

Graduate from

Non-Technical background only.
Comfortable working in

night shifts

(5:45 PM3:15 AM & 8:30 PM6:00 AM).
Typing speed:

Minimum 20 WPM.
Strong English comprehension (reading & typing).
Basic computer proficiency.
Work from Office only.
