Claims Executive

Role Overview: As a Claims Agent at UnifyCX, you will be responsible for processing and reviewing submissions received via USPS, email, and fax. Your role will require attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to escalate issues to leadership when necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Process diverse documents and written correspondence within internal software following company guidelines and protocols. - Ensure all correspondence is handled with accuracy and efficiency. - Proactively identify and escalate issues related to cases or class members. - Track and follow up to ensure escalations are resolved in a timely manner. - Support assigned projects and other duties as directed by leadership. Qualifications: - Education: High school diploma or GED required. - Experience: Prior relevant work experience is preferred but not mandatory. - Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe. Ability to use internal software applications. - Communication Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents. Strong listening and verbal communication skills. Advanced English required. - Other Requirements: Comfortable working with confidential information. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
