Job Description

HIRING - Claims Data Entry & Tabulation Trainee

About the Role:

Medi Assist TPA is hiring 12th Pass freshers and recent graduates as Trainees for Claims Data Entry and Tabulation, through official government-registered apprenticeship programs (NATS & NAPS).

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter hospital bills and patient records into the Medi Assist system portal.
Tabulate, reconcile, and verify billing and claim data.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of healthcare claims.
Collaborate with internal teams and hospitals on claim clarifications.
Maintain data confidentiality and comply with healthcare data standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: 12th Pass or Degree Graduates only.
Typing Speed: Minimum 30 WPM is mandatory

What Are NATS & NAPS?

These are Government of India apprenticeship schemes aimed at providing real industry training:

NATS
(National Apprenticeship Training Scheme): For degree and diploma holders.
NAPS
(National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme): For 12th pass candidates.

Official trainee offer letter and registration on the Govt apprenticeship portal.
12-month paid, hands-on training at Medi Assist.
Stipend support from both Medi Assist and Government of India.
