Claims Associate - US Based Trucking

As a Data Analyst at our company, your role will involve creating structured datasets from already-processed claims for internal use. These datasets will be utilized to train AI models and enhance the automation of claims adjustment, focusing on physical damage (e.g., truck, property) and bodily injury claims. You will be responsible for extracting insights such as whether the incident occurred within the policy period and what is covered. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct manual review of claims documents including policy PDFs and claim notes - Extract insights from the documents - Flag missing data - Format the data according to Clients" ingestion requirements Qualifications Required: - Background in claims adjustment - Understanding of U.S.-based trucking insurance claims In this role, you will work internally and non-customer-facing, with support from our data science, product, and claims teams. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, life insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
