You will be responsible for creating structured datasets from already-processed claims for internal use. The data extracted will be utilized to train AI models and enhance the automation of claims adjustment. The types of claims you will be working on include physical damage (e.g., truck, property) and bodily injury. The datasets you generate will provide insights such as whether the incident occurred within the policy period and what is covered. Your work will be internal and non-customer-facing, focusing on the manual review of claims documents such as policy PDFs and claim notes. Your tasks will involve extracting insights from the documents, identifying missing data, and formatting the information according to the Clients" ingestion requirements. To excel in this role, it is essential to have a background in claims adjustment and the ability to comprehend U.S.-based trucking insurance claims.
